Advantages
1. The filter material is selected from domestic and imported coated polyester non-woven fabrics (can be used for oil-proof, waterproof, anti-static, flame-retardant treatment), polyester long-fiber filter paper, glass fiber filter materials, etc.
2. The end caps of the filter cartridge are stamped with rust-proof steel plate with a thickness of 8mm or more (not easily deformed). The end cap and the filter material are bonded with special urethane foam glue (make sure the end cap and the filter material are tightly connected without gaps) ).
3. Both internal and external support protection skeletons are made of punched stainless steel plate with high strength and good corrosion resistance of 5mm or more. The support strength can prevent the filter cartridge from blowing and blowing.
4. The connection between the filter cartridge and the slide plate is sealed with low hardness and high strength foam sealing rubber ring to ensure no dust leakage, and the filtration precision can reach 99.9%;
5. Internal and external protection net and internal filter material use international advanced automatic screw casting machine to fix the glue fixing technology (or fastening belt fixing) to ensure the treatment air volume and filter area of the filter cartridge are evenly convenient for the electromagnetic pulse valve to blow back and clean.
