Q5.What is the recommended shelf life of a Deep pleat HEPA filter?
Generally speaking,10 years is the recommed shelf life. This assumes that filters are stored in the original packaging,in a dry climate controlled area and not sujected to extemes in temperature or humidity.
Q6.How long will a Deep pleat HEPA filter last?
Filter life depends upon the operating conditions.A general recommendation is that,at minimum,the filter will be replaced when the pressure drop reaches two times the initial pressure drop(loss).
