Filter Plate are made of strengthened PP & TEP through 4000 Tons mold pressing, high in strength, light in weight, corrosion-resisted, non-poisonous and odorless;

Advantages:Simple in operation, convenient in maintenance, it adopts hydraulic pressing system, with manual plate shifting method, Air or water squeeze can be selected freely with normal pressure between 1.0~1.6 Mpa, this special design can reduce moisture content in cake a by 8%-35%.

Filter presses:

1.Chamber filter presses
Pressure generated in the feed pump supports suspension in the the filter chambers.
2.Membrane filter presses
Suspension in the filter chambers is supported with only limited pressure.Ultimate dewatering is achieved through pressurization of the membranes.
3.Frame filter presses
The same procedure is applied as for the chamber filter press.The filter chambers are formed by the frame plates used.
